Winter Love Island contestants have to follow the ‘toughest’ restrictions so far, but they seemed to have found a loophole for one of these restrictions.
Show bosses have been looking after the contestants a lot this time. From amped-up security of the villa to quarantine restrictions, they’ve left no stone unturned. Although, the contestants seemed to have out-smarted the bosses in one massive change – dormant social media accounts.

Secretly social
Winter Love Islandcontestants are required to keep their social media accounts dormant as opposed to their friends and family running accounts on their behalf. The brainy contestants, however, have found a loophole for this restriction.
According to The Sun, friends and family of many contestants have created ‘official’ fan pages for them. These Instagram accounts promise the viewers ‘exclusive’ content about their loved one on the show. This comes after all ten contestants have changed their bio to the same line. It reads:

Who’s who of the fan accounts
Right after the contestants were announced, several fan pages popped up. Starting with one dedicated to 25-year-old makeup artist Lana Jenkins that is claimed to be run by her friends and family and offers ‘exclusive’ content on her. The bio says:

Soon after Lana, an account dedicated to biomedical student and influencer Tanya Manhenga popped up. Tanya’s ‘official’ fan page run by her friends and family has already done a Q&A with its followers. The bio reads:

Another accounting – similar to these – has been made for Anna-May Robey. The bio says:
