Pixar has released a trailer for their new movie 'Soul'

The film centres around Joe Gardner, played by Jaimie Foxx, a middle school teacher who aspires to be a jazz musician.

But after receiving news of his big break the characterhas an accident and is sent to 'The Great Beyond' a place where souls go once they have passed. Panicking, Joe throws himself off the bridge where he lands himself in 'The Great Before', a place where souls are born and gain their personalities.

Joe Gardner is not ready to give up living and joins forces with a young soul named 22 (Tina Fey) and together, they journey to find their way back into the human realm.

At first, 22 doesn't want to join the land of the living and Joe makes a point of showing her all the great things that make living so special, surely this is enough to make anyone cry.

With Pixar producing some real tear-inducing films such as 'Up' and 'Inside Out', 'Soul' will no doubt be a hit. It is set to hit cinemas on the 24th of June this year.
