Maura Higgins Offered A Reality Show And Curtis Won't Be In It!

Since landing a spot on Love Island, the nation’s most-watched reality TV show, Maura Higgins has gone from strength to strength in the eyes of the public and is set for a successful career on the small-screen.

The 28-year-old is a former grid girl and arrived on the fifth series as a bombshell with the original intention of seducing professional boxer, Tommy Fury, before eventually settling with ballroom dancer, Curtis Pritchard.

She proved her fiery personality in the villa and her no-nonsense attitude saw her rise as a feminist icon (note the iconic moment when Tom lost his night in the Hideaway thanks to a thoughtless remark).

Now the Longford lass has landed a segment on This Morning where she offers her straight-talking relationship advice. She even opened up to a fan about her own previous relationship; “To be honest, you just kind of get stuck in a rut, it becomes routine.”

But that’s not all. Maura will be getting her own reality TV show and bosses are said to be “ironing out the details at the moment”. After catching the eye of ITV while on Love Island, producers are “focussing on Maura” as “no-one really knows what the future holds”.
