Marcel Somerville has been taken into hospital after falling ill with potential coronavirus symptoms. According to a source which spoke to OK! Magazine, Marcel has now been in hospital for three days and is undergoing tests to determine whether he is suffering from coronavirus.

The source said on Sunday:
Marcel has been feeling unwell for a few days and didn’t have any energy. One day he vomited violently and then passed out. He’s been admitted to hospital and has a fever and is still feeling weak. He’s been in hospital for two days and they’re still awaiting test results to rule out coronavirus.More under this adMore under this ad
On Monday morning, Marcel shared an update with fans by posting a video to his Instagram story showing his arm connected to several wires in a hospital bed, with the caption ‘All the wires’. Showing his support and gratitude to healthcare workers he also included a blue NHS heart sticker.
Meanwhile, Marcel’s girlfriend Rebecca Vieira, who he’s been living with during lockdown, shared a series of loved up snaps and videos with her man to her Insta story. She also shared a series of selfies of the couple together to her main feed captioned ‘my sun & stars – i love you’, to which Marcel replied ‘i miss you baby xxx’.
