Love Island Stars Turn 'Nasty' After Being Snubbed From Reunion Specials
More under this adThis autumn’s forthcoming Love Island reunion specials have already started causing drama. According to a report by The Sun, a number of former Islanders are feeling pretty miffed at not being invited to take part in the reunion episodes - and have started fighting amongst themselves.
We may not have gotten a new series of Love Island this summer due to the coronavirus pandemic, but ITV producers have been getting creative with ways to get us our fill of villa action. They’ve already aired the first series of the Australian version plus three best-of compilation episodes looking back at the funniest, most dramatic and most romantic moments of the past six series.

Next, fans are looking forward to three special reunion episodes that are set to air this autumn. The mini-series will catch up with some of our favourite former Islanders and find out what they've been up to since leaving the villa. However, with only three episodes and a total of 187 ex-Islanders, it was always obvious that not everyone would be invited to take part.

They said: 'Those involved are very excited, but it has put a few noses out of joint among stars who haven’t been asked, especially those who think they are bigger names than those who have.'
The finalists of each series - including Molly-Mae, Tommy Fury, Megan Barton-Hanson and Wes Nelson - are all expected to appear but it seems that some of the more popular Islanders who left earlier in the shows have also been invited back - leading those who weren’t - reportedly including series 4’s Hayley Hughes and series 5’s Arabella Chi - to get upset.

At first it was just going to be the finalists from each series, but once exceptions started being made it really sparked anger and resentment... A few of them have kicked off a bit about it, but that’s just life. They can squabble among themselves all they want.'
