It is understood that dumping is done in two parts - the first couple gets dumped after getting the least public votes. And just as Islanders think the worst is over - a shock eviction shakes the villa later in the evening.

The first look of the show today showed Whitney gasping loudly. Considering the second eviction takes place after the Islanders think they're safe, fans have guessed she might have to pick someone to dump from the villa. One fan tweeted:

If #LoveIsland has done what I think they’ve done & given the choice of who to dump to the most compatible couple (Whitney & Lochan) it makes a joke of the voting process. They will do it to ensure Amber & Scott go knowing the public have voted them to stay.

A second fumed:

What's the point of a public vote if Whitney and Lochlan get to dump them and they are going to pick amber and Scott obviously

While a third said:

Judging by Whitney reaction to that text she been voted most compatible and they must pick a couple to dump 👀👀👀
