The 24-year-old is returning to the show after splitting from Chloe Burrows. Toby and Chloe parted ways 13 months ago and he has since then also appeared on Love Island Games. Before heading into the show, Toby expressed he didn’t know how Chloe would react to his 3rd time on the show but he’s excited to find someone in the villa, as it worked for him the first time. He said:
It's a running joke with my family and friends that for me to find something serious with a girl, I would need to go on Love Island. They call it my version of a dating app.More under this adMore under this ad

Much to Toby’s surprise, he would be facing Kaz Kamwi in the villa - someone he had a fling with the first time around. Before finding love with Chloe, Toby was paired with Kaz and things are expected to be a little dramatic. However, Kaz has vowed to handle it with ‘grace,’ reported MailOnline. She added:
