The fourth series of Love Island is far in the distance but drama surrounding the ex-islanders is never too far away. Coming out of a split with serious girlfriend Dani Dyer, Jack is taking steps to get back on track and we are living for it.
Jack Fincham rose to fame alongside ex-girlfriend, Dani Dyer, on the UKs most-watched reality TV show, Love Island. The pair successfully won both the £50,000 prize along with the hearts of the nation however in March this year the pair called time on their relationship and have went their separate ways.

After leaving the villa last year, Jack admits he let his health take second place, “I really needed help with my training as well as my diet, because since leaving Love island last year I wasn’t really looking after myself…”

He then added, “I want to look in the mirror and say I’m proud.” This radical transformation comes following the announcement that Jack will participate in an upcoming celebrity boxing tournament as a professional.
