I’m A Celeb fans divided on Dean and Joe’s vile drinking trial: ‘The funniest but most disgusting’

I’m A Celeb welcomed two new legends - Dean Gaffney and Joe Swash - to the camp this week. After the two made a debut on Tuesday night’s episode, show hosts Ant and Dec - who make millions by hosting I’m A Celeb - informed the two legends of their first trial - Flipping Disgusting. Flipping Disgusting won the two newcomers treats for their fellow campmates who have been on the show for more than a week.

I’m A Celeb fans left disgusted with Dean and Joe’s trial

The trial had them drinking smoothies whizzed up with animal innards and with every smoothie that they drank, they won a treat for their co-celebs. Tuesday night’s episode saw the two doing the vile drinking challenge and retching and spewing the disgusting blended smoothies.

I’m A Celeb fans - who disliked Toff’s ‘hardest yet’ trial - thought that would be the end of disgust on TV. However, they were surprised by another 15 minutes of the same retching and vomiting on last night’s episode. According to The Sun, viewers were left particularly displeased with the graphics. They took to Twitter and wrote:

Again I'm muting the sound and looking away from the screen because of this puking trial with Dean Gaffney & Joe Swash.

Didn’t we see all this last night? Why are they showing it again??

Why are we watching the same thing again? I really don’t need more retching noises.

Meanwhile, there was a whole section of fans who found Dean and Joe beyond hilarious and wished for them to have their own ‘spin-off’ show. One wrote on Twitter:
