The first week of Big Brother UK saw Farida Khalifa get booted from the show. Kerry and Farida were both nominated by housemates and after a public vote, Farida happily said goodbye to the house. Farida and Kerry’s rivalry in the house was pretty famous as they seemed to be locking horns on every little thing.

After her eviction, the makeup artist has now revealed that despite their rivalry, Kerry made a request to her to quit the show so she could stay in the house.

Farida faced eviction alongside NHS worker Kerry - the two women who found it difficult to get along. However, Farida has revealed in a recent interview that despite their rivalry, Kerry approached her to ‘quit’ the show on the eviction night.
Farida told The Sun:
She was so desperate to be in the show, she actually said to me on eviction night, 'Farida, please go into the Diary Room and tell Big Brother that you’re happy to leave because I so badly want to be here, I want to be here til the end'.More under this adMore under this ad

As show hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best announced that Farida was evicted, Kerry broke down in tears as she felt grateful to be on the show.

According to The Sun, Farida also revealed she had a game plan since the start of the show. She confessed the main motive for her to be on the show was to promote her business. The make-up artist admitted her goal was solely to use ITV to grow her business.
She explained:
I set out what I wanted to achieve and that was to gain followers and to grow my business. I said to them ‘you should have a purpose’ and it made them feel threatened.More under this adMore under this ad
