In the video that’s going viral on social media, Richard is seen standing in the lavish BB garden. The presenter revealed that sustainability is at the centre of the new house and there are some never-seen-before features in it.
The iconic garden has installed a tank to collect rainwater which will be used to fill up a large, circular jacuzzi. The outside area has ‘a bit of Love Island’ element with a lavish orange sofa around a fireplace set up. However, it isn’t as large as Love Island’s firepit area.

The living area is absolutely vast. There are two huge sofas, it’s the biggest communal area that I’ve ever seen in a Big Brother house over the years.More under this adMore under this ad
And while he was ‘sworn to secrecy’ about the details of the bedroom he revealed there are some double beds in the house. Meaning, the number of contestants entering the house may be more than just a few.

There’s a bath on a plinth. Initially, they were going to have a clear bath but it would have to come from China and the key message here in the house this year is sustainability.
Big Brother UK fans ‘disappointed’ with this feature of the house
While many fans raved about the lavish BB house, some found it a bit disappointing - to be fair, just one bit of it disappointing. Richard revealed that the renowned smoking room will have no cameras this time and just a microphone.

#BBUK NO SMOKING 🖐 spoilt a significant dynamic of the house. This sanitised version of a social experiment has failed before it’s begun. That’s the basis of most feuds and friendships. Crap TVMore under this adMore under this ad
Smoking area was prime big brother, shame they had to get rid of it being shown on tv.More under this adMore under this ad
Not understanding why a show for adults won't allow Smoking scenes...

Sooooo if they are having a decent conversation when smoking or there is some drama, you aren’t going to show it. Great!!!! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I get it. But it’s a shame that the smoking area is hidden away this series (but with a microphone). Always the centre of so much drama and gossip. Remember when they used to smoke IN the house?! How times have changed. #bbukMore under this adMore under this ad
