Ant And Dec Reveal They're Planning A Sitcom
Everyone's favourite Geordie duo are well and truly back on form - and Ant and Dec have even revealed that they may have a very exciting new project up their sleeves, as their very own sitcom could be in the works!
There was a time a couple of years ago when we were worried that Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly's telly partnership might be over for good. Happily, after taking a year out to seek help recover from his addiction issues, Ant returned to our screens last year.

Now, Ant and Dec will soon be back with the first series of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway since Ant's hiatus. There was no series in 2019 as the show was rested last year so fans will be delighted to know the Saturday night staple will be back this weekend on February 22nd.
However, Ant and Dec aren't just playing it safe by sticking to their old classics. The pair have teased one very exciting new project that could soon be in the works for them - their very own sitcom!
Speaking to The Sun, Ant revealed:
'We’ve talked about it quite seriously in the past. We’ve got quite close. We did a version of The Likely Lads, which we loved. And we loved the process of it — rehearsing it and doing it in front of a live studio audience.'More under this adMore under this ad
Dec also chimed in to say: 'You’ve got to get the idea right and make sure it’s the right thing at the right time.' However he also admitted the pair will struggle to find the time what with their commitments to I'm A Celeb, Britain's Got Talent and Saturday Night Takeaway.Here's hoping they find the time someday!
