I’m so proud of my little transformation… I didn’t really intend on losing a load of weight just wanted to start feeling better’.

She continued, stressing that her main goal was to feel healthier:

Amber’s weight loss programme
Amber is directing fans towards a site called Amber Flexx which promises to share how she lost a stone in six weeks. The site is set to launch next week. In the meantime, The Sun reports that Amber’s weight loss is down to a combination of cardio and conditioning workouts with a personal trainer and a nutrition plan by a dietician.

Back at the end of October, the 2019 Love Island winner took to Instagram to slam trolls fat-shaming her on TikTok. She wrote:
Not me on tiktok being fat shamed?! What? First of all we are in a pandemic... Second How do people look so closely that they notice before I even notice 😂 I’ve been living in hoodies and sweatpants for the whole of this year and ended up putting on a whole stone!More under this adMore under this ad
Amber went on to blame having three takeaways a day for her weight gain and shared a message for others in a similar boat, finishing her body-positive post with the words: ‘Whoever put on weight this year don’t worry I’m with you 🥰’. Such an important message to remember to be kind to ourselves and our bodies.
