According to a report published in the Mirror, the Queen likes to eat fish and chips when she’s at her Scottish holiday home. It is obvious that there are several great local chippies near Her Majesty's residence in Scotland, and when the mood strikes, she will always indulge in the traditional meal.

She occasionally treats herself to fish and chips when at Balmoral. A footman is dispatched to get it from the local town of Ballater.More under this adMore under this ad

Instead, she would want her dish to be coated in breadcrumbs and baked. He added:
Fish fried in all that crispy rich batter was a little bit too much for her, she preferred a more refined fish and chips.More under this adMore under this ad
