Royal family wishes Archie 'happy birthday' through social media

While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are fast asleep in the United States, birthday wishes for Archie from the Royal Family have been flooding in through social media. Archie was born on 6 May 2019, and a lot has changed in the Royal family since then. Prince Harry and Meghan left their royal duties and moved to North America in 2020, and Prince Philip passed away earlier this year. But despite the hardships, the Royals have not forgotten about this adorable baby.

This morning, the Queen wished her grandson through the social media accounts of the Royal Family. She posted a sweet little message to celebrate the day.

A source told Closer Weekly that Prince William and Duchess Kate have already sent a gift to their nephew on behalf of Archie’s cousins. The source shared:

William and Kate mailed Archie a gift for his birthday from George, Charlotte and Louis as a nice gesture for their nephew.

Archie may be far away from his dad’s side of the family, but royal experts have said that the couple has organised zoom calls with Prince Charles, Prince William, and the Queen so that they could wish him in person.

Archie is growing up

Harry and Meghan have seldom put up photos of this royal baby, but on his first birthday they released a precious video of Meghan reading a book to Archie—who was all too busy playing and laughing. This year fans are hoping that they’ll keep up the tradition so they can get a glimpse of what two-year old Archie is like.
