During an official visit to South Wales with Kate Middleton, Prince William took the opportunity to share the bedtime routine of his three children.

On Tuesday, February 4th, the Cambridge family visited patients and carers at a special facility in South Wales. As he noticed a child reading the book The Broom by Julia Donaldson, a famous author of children's books, Prince William could not help but confide about his children's habits:

'I read it to our children all the time,' he said, before explaining that he had met the author and told her that she did not even realise how much she had saved parents at children's bedtimes.

Indeed, just because the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's schedule are overburdened - especially since Meghan and Harry renounced their royal titles - does not mean that their parenting role is being set aside.

On the contrary, William and Kate continue the tradition of the oldest ritual there is: reading a story to their children before going to sleep. Prince William even took the opportunity to make a few recommendations, including author David Williams:
