Royals leave behind the royal staff
Although their move to Adelaide Cottage, on the Windsor Home Park estate, is an exciting event, they would be majorly downsizing their home. The cottage is a four-bedroom home with not much space for the previously live-in royal staff, that was present with them at all times, in their home at Kensington Palace.

Reportedly, this would be the ‘first time ever’ that the Cambridge children will not be in the constant company of their nanny. Maria Borallo was employed by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge when Prince George, at that time was over 8 months old, as per The Telegraph. She has been there for all three children all their lives so far.
The move to Adelaide Cottage is a much more strategic one, a far cry from the Royals’ life at Kensington Palace. Their previous home boasted a number of rooms and offices for all the staff as per the necessities. However, their new home is much more private and family-oriented, boasting acres of land ideal for the Royals’ preferred activities like horse riding and other sports as well.
