As with every wedding, before the two tied the knot in an ‘event of the decade’ wedding, they had bachelor and bachelorette parties.

The Prince — who had three wedding outfits when he married Kate Middleton — had initially planned a water-themed celebration with speed boats and water skiing. However, his plans were leaked to the media, and hence, he had to change them.
His stag night was organised by Guy Pelly (one of the most trusted people in his inner circle) and his younger brother, Prince Harry. There were about 20 of his friends at the party, which was essentially a bachelor’s weekend. It took place at historic Hartland Abbey, reports Marie Claire. The house was owned by the Stucley family — their son, George, was a close friend of Prince William and also in attendance at the party.

On Friday night the boys met up for what was to be a low-key evening.
Reportedly, they had ‘booked out the whole estate to ensure privacy.’ George ‘personally made sure’ that no one knew who was coming for the weekend after plans for their first stag night got leaked. The source added:

The men took advantage of the weather and the location of the house as they spent the afternoon surfing at Speke Mill. Describing the non-wild bachelor party, the source said:

Kate Middleton’s bachelorette party’s details revealed
In comparison, Kate Middleton ‘let her hair down’ more than Prince William at her hen do. According to Town & Country Magazine, she had a ‘small bachelorette karaoke party’ hosted by her sister and some of her very close friends. Unlike Prince William, the guest list for her party was ‘minimal.’

Robert Jobson, a royal biographer describes the party in detail in his new book Catherine, the Princess of Wales, reports People Magazine. Kate performed a dancing and singing routine of Cole’s famous song Fight for This Love.
Prince William confirmed this at Queen Elizabeth’s Diamond Jubilee concert in 2012 when he met Cole and suggested that she had ‘got a bit of competition.’ Tina Brown wrote in her book The Palace Papers:
