Prince Harry never wanted to be king
This clip of a younger Prince Harry shows he is happy not to be King and not to be close to the throne. However, it isn’t the only time that the Prince has displayed a lack of interest in inheriting the throne.
In an exclusive interview with Newsweek in 2017, the Prince explained that he was fully happy doing charity work. In the same interview, Prince Harry explained that maintaining a life as normal as possible was one of his priorities. In more recent years, we have seen that more than ever as he physically removed his family from the tabloid frenzy of the UK.
