Prince Charles has just tested positive for COVID, Clarence House tweeted.

At 1 pm on Thursday, 10 February, Clarence House tweeted that the Prince of Wales has tested positive for COVID. He is now self-isolating and has had to cancel all public appearances. At the time this article was written, it is not known whether Camilla is positive or not.

Prince Charles was due to make an appearance in Winchester for the unveiling of a statue. According to Clarence House, HRH is 'deeply disappointed not to be able to attend... and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible.'

Testing positive again

This is the second time Prince Charles tests positive for COVID—the first time being in March 2020. At the time, he only exhibited mild symptoms and recovered quickly.
