Prince Andrew allegedly wants to start using his HRH title again. After being stripped of his Royal duties and patronages last year due to his sexual assault scandal, he was ordered not to use the title by his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II. But that could be set to change.

Prince Andrew wants to 'test the waters'
The Duke acknowledges he won't return to Royal duties, however he apparently doesn't understand why he cannot use the HRH title again as he steadfastly denies all allegations against him. After all, his 'trump card' with the late Queen was 'innocent until proven guilty.'

A source told Ephraim Hardcastle at Daily Mail that the King doesn’t want to spark controversy by formally announcing any change in the Prince’s status.
