Young Prince Louis is currently doing a school project up his grandfather’s street. During the Chelsea Flower show, Princess Kate shared a glimpse at little Louis’ life at school and his class’ current project.

Prince Louis is growing green beans
During the Flower Chelsea Show, the Princess of Wales revealed that Prince Louis’ class is currently doing a gardening project. Princess Kate sat down with the children and explained that her son’s school is growing sunflowers.

Louis is growing broad beans at school. You put them in a cup and you can see the roots growing. They get big quickly like sunflowers.
This little project seems like it is perfect for the young Prince as he appeared to have loved his first-ever official Royal engagement at the Big Help Out with the Scout Hut in Slough. Prince Louis was seen shovelling dirt with a big grin on his face, as well as driving the digger with his father, Prince William.

King Charles adores gardening
As mentioned before, King Charles is a big fan of gardening. In fact, in 1989, then-Prince Charles introduced organic farming in his Gloucestershire home, Highgrove.
Moreover, King Charles also talked about a little vegetable patch he used to keep with his sister, Princess Anne when they were younger. In an interview with Radio 4 in August 2021, he revealed:

Perhaps the King will offer his grandson some advice on how to look after and grow his green beans.
