Naturally, when Prince William went to university, he was bombarded with a lot of attention and advances from young women. Allegedly, the future King was ‘too polite’ and didn’t know how to say no or reject their favour.
That’s when Kate Middleton used to swoop in like a hero and save the Prince in distress. Kate has a clever way to help him out of ‘uncomfortable’ situations like these reported Mirror. Laura Warshauer, a mutual friend of the Prince and Princess of Wales told Royal expert Katie Nicholl:

Together forever
Kate Middleton and Prince William have been together ever since they met in their first year of college. During the first year, they lived at St Salvator's Halls of Residence. In the second year, the two moved in together to a shared house with two other friends at 13A Hope Street.
