Kate Middleton spotted in public for the first time after surgery
Kate Middleton has been away from the public eye since then, leading many asking the question 'Where is Kate?'. She was admitted to the hospital on January 16 and was discharged from the hospital on January 29. After the Princess returned home from the hospital, the Palace issued a statement confirming that the Princess is doing well but is ‘unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter,’ confirms People Magazine.

The Princess was sitting in the passenger seat and wearing dark sunglasses but looked well as the two women were talking with one another.
Kate was spotted in the car in Berkshire on Monday by members of the public. Being seen in public even for a few minutes has reassured people that Kate Middleton is recovering well.

Insiders have revealed that while the Palace confirmed Kate’s surgery was due to ‘non-cancerous’ health issues, it is understood to be ‘serious’ considering the time it’s taking her to recover from it. A source said:

Apart from her four best friends, Kate Middleton’s mother is also helping the future Queen to recover. The Middletons live a short car ride away from the Prince and Princess of Wales' home base in Windsor, residing in Bucklebury, Berkshire. They share a warm and loving bond with their grandkids - Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte - as they often go to sleepovers at the Middleton house. A palace insider added:

Kate's first official royal event after surgery announced
To add the relief of her good recovery, it was also revealed on 5 March that Kate Middleton will attend Trooping the Colour on June 8 and it will be her first official royal duty.
This comes after her absence from Royal public life sparked many conspiracy theories on social media. She is understood to be recuperating at home in Windsor. Meanwhile, Kate’s uncle, who is currently on Celebrity Big Brother, shared that the Princess is recovering in a ‘nice house somewhere,’ reports The Express.
