Body Found In The Lake In Front Of Kate Middleton And Prince William’s Home Still Unidentified

On August 29, Kate, William and their children were visiting Balmoral Castle in Scotland. After five long months apart, they were finally able to reunite with the Queen of England and Prince Phillip. But this joyous occasion in London was overshadowed by a rather macabre discovery.

An unidentified body in front of Kensington Palace
Police and first-aid workers rushed to Kensington Palace in west London last weekend.
Kate Middleton and Prince William have been living in the palace since Autumn 2017 after months of work and renovations took place. George, Charlotte and Louis also spend most of their time there when they are not at school.

However, no one could have imagined that a body would one day be found floating in the lake opposite Kensington Palace.
The Metropolitan Police made a mistake when identifying the victim
The police officers who were dispatched to the scene made a serious mistake however when identifying the body and alerted the family of artist Endellion Lycett Green, who has been missing for a week, of her death.
More under this adMore under this adAs it turns out, however, the body did not belong to the artist, but to a currently unidentified woman. Just a few days later and much to the relief of her family, Mrs Green reappeared safe and well.
The police apologised for their mistake and a spokesperson for Scotland Yard said:
The death is being treated as unexplained at this time, but it is not thought to be suspicious. Inquiries are ongoing.More under this adMore under this ad
