The silver lining of a near-death experience
Last November, Thompson's sister, Louise Thompson, almost lost her life as she was giving birth to her baby boy Leo. And though the reality star couple were said to be pretty shaken up by the horrible experience, they have also gotten very close with the newborn. So much so, that they might be considering having one of their own, according to a source close to the couple. Speaking to New! Magazine, the insider said:
More under this adMore under this adZara has been spending lots of time with Louise’s baby and posting lots of pictures. She has always been the one who is forward-thinking in terms of having a family—it’s definitely in the forefront of her mind.
And added:
Sam was the one who has put it off, but it’s now becoming a bit more equal in their relationship. After what Louise went though, it may have made him think about his mortality, life and having a family. A lot of their friends have started to pair off and marry and have kids. Thompson's previous views on fatherhood
In an interview last year, Thompson had said he would very much like to have a family one day but that the opportunity hadn't presented itself due to time constraints and other personal projects. Speaking about renovations he had recently completed in his London home, he said:
