Hannah Spearitt rose to fame in the popular 90s group S Club 7. The pop band split in 2003, then briefly got back together in 2014 and in 2023, some members of the group reunited for a UK tour.

Sadly, the band will never be complete again as in 2023, Paul Cattermole died and the band paid tribute to him during their tour. Moreover, Hannah Spearritt decided to leave the tour after Cattermole’s death.
More under this adMore under this adNow, she is joining this year’s Dancing on Ice. However, it hasn’t been an easy journey for Hannah since leaving S Club 7, indeed she has faced bankruptcy and homelessness and she recently revealed she has been battling an autoimmune disease.

Hannah Spearritt has been paired with Andy Buchanan as her Dancing on Ice pro skater. The show starts on Sunday, January 14 at 6.30 pm on ITV.

I've been ill quite a lot. So my biggest challenge has been getting a good run at being consistent with the skating because I've missed a lot. That really is my biggest challenge.More under this adMore under this ad
She added:
I seem to be in a good place right now. So hopefully, I can just keep building from this point.
Hannah recently spoke to Loose Women and revealed that her current treatment ‘was working well’ and her ‘body felt ready’ for the physical demands of Dancing on Ice.

As reported by Daily Mail, Hannah Spearritt has been dealing with an autoimmune disease which left her unable to cook for herself or even get on a train. Hannah doesn’t share what her autoimmune disease is, but her symptoms include chronic fatigue, brain fog and vertigo.
Hannah told Hello! Magazine that she wasn’t expecting her health to deteriorate as quickly as it had and that she had ‘no energy’:

She then explained that this took a massive toll on her mental health as she had always been a very physical and sporty person’:
