Can Ronan Keating speak German?
According to German publication Prisma, Ronan Keating does not know how to speak German and will be speaking English on the show. The star himself has never revealed whether or not he knows the language so we will have to wait for the show to air to know if he truly has any skills.
That being said, it is not unusual for The Voice Germany to have judges that do not speak German. In 2013, Finnish artist Samu Haber also joined the show as a coach and became a TV favourite despite not knowing the language initially. His level of German certainly improved during the two years he was in the show, so perhaps Ronan Keating will also be able to elevate his language skills on The Voice Germany.
