Rihanna’s boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, was arrested Wednesday morning at the Los Angeles International airport, police announced. According to TMZ, he was picked up when his private jet landed at the airport on his return from a Barbados holiday with his girlfriend. This arrest is coming days after rumours surfaced of him cheating on the billionaire musician and fashion mogul.

Charges
The 33-year-old rapper, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, was arrested in connection with a shooting incident that occurred in November 2021. He’s facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

The victim sustained minor injuries and is pressing charges. Mayers was released on bail of £421,000 shortly after his arrest, and is due to make his first appearance in court on August 17.
