Phillip Schofield to sell £1.2M flat, but he owns 4 other homes: Here's how much they're worth

Phillip Schofield was officially let go from ITV and all of his shows after it was revealed he had had an affair with a much younger This Morning colleague. Since leaving television, Phillip Schofield’s paycheck from This Morninghas been revealed.

After Schofield came out in 2020, he split from his wife, Stephanie Lowe. Even though the pair have not yet divorced, Phillip lives in a bachelor pad in Chiswik. However, the former TV legend owns two other homes, including a holiday home in Portugal where he would spend time with family and friends, including former friend and co-host Holly Willoughby.

Phillip Schofield allegedly selling London flat amid scandal

As reported by Daily Mail, Phillip Schofield is allegedly selling his London flat worth £1.2 million. According to reports, it is the flat where he would take his young lover on their ‘Playtime Thursdays’.

It is believed that he is now selling the flat for £100,000 less than what they paid in 2012. A source told The Sun:

It has been on the market for a while now. Apparently, there has been one offer recently but the buyer dropped out.

They then added:

It seems like the Schofields are now unfussed about making a profit and just want rid of it since their split.

Phillip Schofield owns a family home in Oxfordshire

Even though Schofield is selling his London flat, he has many other homes. While still with his wife, Schofield lived in Henly-on-Thames in Oxfordshire where he spent the first lockdown with Stephanie and their two daughters.

According to Hello!, Phillip’s family home is worth £2.6 million. It is said to have a large conservatory with a garden. Reports suggest that Schofield has plans to convert the home’s garage into a two-bedroom annexe where he would be able to stay, as well as increase the value of the property.

Phillip Schofield owns a secret home with his wife in Cornwall

Daily Mail reports that Phillip and his wife own a home in Cornwall that the pair purchased through their company Fistral Properties, which is named after Fistral Beach in Cornwall, where Schofield grew up. It is believed that the home was bought for £839,428 through the company in 2021.

Phillip Schofield owns a home in Chiswick

After Phillip Schofield came out in 2020, he moved out of his Oxfordshire home and found a home in Chiswick, London. According to Hello!, the property is worth £2 million.

The bachelor pad boasts 6 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, 3 reception rooms and finally, a converted basement as well as a garden. This home is situated close to other ITV stars, including his former friend Holly Willoughby, who lives in Barnes and Declan Donnelly who also lives in Chiswick.

Phillip Schofield owns a holiday home in Portugal

Finally, Schofield owns a holiday home in the Algarve region in Portugal. It is unknown how much his holiday home is worth, however, it is known that it has an outdoor swimming pool, beach views and a terrace, as seen in some of Schofield’s Instagram posts.

Schofield had originally planned to build a holiday home in Quinta do Lago but was unable to finish the construction as the owners went bankrupt. Ant and Dec had similar plans and met with the same fate.
