Olivia Buckland Unveils New Hair Transformation – And It’s Absolutely Stunning

It’s been nearly four years since Olivia Buckland came runner-up with now-husband Alex Bowen in Love Island 2016, but she’s still one of our favourite Love Island stars ever. In news that bodes well for this year’s runners-up Siânnise Fudge and Luke Trotman, Olivia and Alex are still together, having married in 2018.

Whilst Olivia and Alex have just moved into a stunning country mansion in Essex, the star had opened up about feeling ‘lost’ this week on her Instagram stories. In an emotional video she admitted:

‘I'm not very well – again. I've been really busy this week but I feel I can't remember what's even gone on this week.’

She continued: ‘It's all just been a bit of a blur. Like I've been working but I just feel like I've not been there in my head. Pretty much everyone who's seen me this week has been like,

'You alright? You're so quiet.' And I do feel really quiet I feel I'm just not with it. I just feel a bit lost. I don't know, not really much to say this week. Feels a bit pointless in a way.’

However, yesterday, Olivia proved that she was starting to feel herself again with a series of stunning selfies showing off a brand new hairdo. Olivia has dyed her hair a gorgeous shade of pastel pink, captioning her post, ‘Sometimes it takes a little (pink) boost to bring the smile back’ and said she felt ‘like a Powerpuff girl’.

The new-look was certainly a hit with her fans, who flocked to the comments section to let her know how good it looked. One wrote: ‘Loving it you look gorgeous, and you have your beautiful smile back’ whilst fellow ex-Islander Gabby Allen simply commented ‘Wowzas’. I think it’s safe to say we’re all experiencing some serious hair envy right now…
