In an Instagram post that she has since removed, Naomi shocked her admirers by revealing she had become a mother for the first time last year. Naomi's baby was reportedly born through surrogacy, but she has never confirmed this, nor has she divulged the identity of the child's father.
Secret blessing
The mother-daughter duo now appears on the cover of the March issue of Vogue, revealing how she kept her baby's arrival a secret. Naomi said in an interview with British Vogue:

But she is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. She’s a good girl: she sleeps very well; she hardly ever cries and I’m told she’s very alert for her age. Naomi's daughter, like her trendy mother, has a wardrobe that most people would covet. Naomi confirmed:

Reportedly, Naomi's baby’s father was a multi-millionaire businessman living in New York. Naomi kept her pregnancy news so private that it's thought she didn't even tell her staff until just hours before the announcement.

Naomi graced the cover of Vogue for the 67th time, and she opened up about still modelling in her fifties while posing with her daughter. Naomi explained:

Naomi credits her drive as a young model to her fellow prominent 90s models Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, and Christy Turlington, who she says inspired her. The foursome was the inspiration for the term supermodel, and Naomi told Vogue that she didn't think today's stars could keep up. She continued:
It was an incredible time, but we worked hard. We did eight shows a day and then we would go and celebrate with the designers in the evening. I wonder sometimes if models now could have kept up with us.More under this adMore under this ad
She's now become a mother figure and mentor to young models like Sudanese-Australian model, Adut Akech and Somalian born beauty Ugbad Abdi.
