For which many weighed in saying that her privilege has blinded her from the real debilitating struggles that the poor and discriminated have to face on a daily basis. Since having defended her stance and the scandal having died down subsequently after, Hague has revealed that she sought out a therapist to help her deal with the aftermath.

'It's good for me to control my thoughts'
Taking to her YouTube channel, the 22-year-old social media influencer has admitted to having resorted to the help of a therapist to help her unpack the events that had transpired. She explained:
More under this adMore under this adI did get a therapist. I got it a few months ago because I thought at the time I really, really needed it. She helped me understand it's good for me to control my thoughts, that's something I've been working on recently and my next goal is to continue working on being in a good place mentally.
And added:
I got to a place in my life a few months ago where I was really struggling with things. I hate to burden people around me with my problems.They've got their own things to worry about. I kind of felt like if I got a therapist this would be a good place for me to offload and just talk about how I'm feeling.More under this ad
