Love Island stars Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have been burgled. Their Manchester flat was targeted while they were at the launch event for Molly-Mae’s new Beauty Works collection in London. According to reports, approximately £800,000 worth of possessions were stolen from the apartment, which frequently features in Molly-Mae’s YouTube videos and Instagram stories.

The burglary is believed to have been carried out by an ‘experienced gang’ as machinery was used to smash through windows and break in to the apartment. According to a police statement, investigations are ongoing, and no arrests have been made so far.

Molly-Mae and Tommy have been renting the Cheshire flat since the summer of 2020 while they search for their dream home to buy.

In a statement made to the MailOnline, Molly-Mae’s rep said:
Molly is doing well considering the circumstances. It has been a very distressing time but she is trying to be as positive as possible.
Meanwhile, Molly-Mae posted a picture of herself captioned ‘Smile through the storm’ to her Instagram grid yesterday evening—presumably in reference to the burglary. She received supportive comments from her sister Zoe and fellow influencer Alisha LeMay.

A statement from the police confirmed that jewellery was among the possessions stolen. Molly-Mae famously has an extensive, extremely expensive jewellery collection. On the night the burglary happened, she was wearing £180,000 worth of jewellery—including two Cartier bracelets worth almost £40,000 each.
