Matt Hancock denies trying to hire agent to become TV personality despite ‘many offers’

Matt Hancock reportedly wants to make documentaries about serious issues like dyslexia and assisted dying and stay away from reality shows. Appearing on I’m A Celeb has changed his mindset as he now realises there is more than one way to reach the public than just being an MP.

Never wanted or needed one
The disgraced former health minister had hoped to follow in the footsteps of former Labour MP Ed Balls who successfully became a TV personality following his stint on Strictly Come Dancing. Matt had been previously looking for an agent who should represent him, but the search has now been put off.

The book has plummeted out of the top 1,000 Neilsen book charts. As such, to save the former MP from further disgrace, a spokesperson said:

This comes after the West Suffolk MP insisted that his constituents were his ‘first priority,’ according to the Evening Standard. Even cultural icon Boy George took a swipe at MP and said:

Upcoming projects
Before his stint in the jungle, Matt had taken part in Channel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. The programme was filmed in Vietnam before he entered the jungle and it is believed that he took £45,000 for taking part in it.
