Reportedly, Paige Thorne has been going through it for the past few weeks. The former Love Island star confessed to quitting alcohol as she ‘does not feel’ like she is ‘in a safe place.’ Opening up about her mental health, the 25-year-old told The Sun:

I’ve been struggling lately, really struggling with who I am and have not been in a good place.

I’ve given up alcohol, it’s been three weeks now because I’ve realised that I don’t like the person I become when I drink.

So until I’m in a safe and happy place I want to stop drinking.

Paige had a rocky split with two-time Love Islandstar Adam Collard after she chose to be with him instead of potential beau Jacques O’Neill.

A very single Paige confirmed that she’s happy being single and would like to focus on herself first. Talking about the importance of self-love, Paige said:
