Love Island's Ouzy and Kady reveal why Scott and Catherine won't reunite outside the villa

Love Island’sScott Van Der Sluis and Catherine Agbaje have to the most tragic and heartbreaking stories on the show this series. The two appeared to be a match made in heaven until Casa Amor hit and entered - Elom Ahlijah-Wilson.

Catherine decided to recouple with Elom leaving Scott vulnerable and single. The two tried to speak to each other but ended their connection for good once Catherine returned from Casa Amor.

Love Island’s Scott branded a ‘game player’ by dumped Islanders

Catherine and Elom called it quits after returning to the real world and Scott didn’t find a connection in the villa after Catherine. When Scott and Abi were dumped from the Island this week, fans were excited as they were hoping for a Scott and Catherine reunion.

However, former Love Island star Kady Mcdermott has poured water on fans’ expectations. Speaking to Heat World, Kady revealed there’s no chance of Scott and Catherine reuniting. She said:

They weren’t compatible.

Ouzy chimed in:

I don’t think Scott even liked Catherine.

Revealing a side of Scott that fans aren’t ready to see yet, Kady hinted he’s a game player and added:

He admitted to me that he would have recoupled in Casa if the line-up was better. They didn’t air that.

Scott knew what he was doing. He used to say, ‘You need to be in there four weeks to be a character to be remembered…’

Scott's great, I just don't know how genuine his connections are or how he's been with things. I don't know.

Apart from his connection with Catherine, Kady also revealed that Scott isn’t who he seems in real life. The man who has held half of the Love Island fandom captive under his personality, good looks and nature is really a grumpy man.

If you ever wondered why the boys in the villa seemed to ‘dislike’ Scott, Kady has spilt the bean on the reason. She claimed that Scott ‘can’t take banter’ in the morning as other lads do. Kady said:

He just flips [in the morning], doesn't he? The boys always banter each other in the morning and he will just go, 'F*ck off'.
