Love Island fans slam Gemma Owen for having 'zero respect' for boyfriend Luca Bish

Love Island’s fans have heavily descended on Gemma Owen, slamming her for being 'bossy' towards her boyfriend, Luca Bish. In a recent YouTube vlog posted by the 19-year-old, viewers claimed she was being 'controlling' and 'authoritative'.

In a conflicting turn of events, there seems to be some confusion over who is being overbearing in the relationship because fans had earlier complained about the behavior of the 23-year-old fishmonger.

Luca has had his fair share of accusations from fans. He was formerly accused of misogyny and 'controlling behavior'towards Michael Owen's daughter during the ITV show. However, the table has turned, and fans are now convinced it's the other way around after seeing recent videos of them together. According to the Mail Online, Luca and Gemma got into a heated discussion on whether they enjoy going out or not.

The couple met on the ITV2 reality show Love Island this summer and instantly fell in love. Luca and Gemma's love affair did not end in Majorca, where the show was filmed, but continued after they returned to the UK.

Fortunately, for those who missed the video, this is the discussion that ensued between the two, for which the public has condemned Gemma. After reading, you can draw your own conclusions or opinions about whether or not either of these two lovebirds was being bossy.

Luca said:

We love a party, we do love a party

Gemma interrupted him and shouted:

No we don't! You love a party

He then replied:

We like an early night, we like to enjoy ourselves and go out with family and stuff like that but we also like to be in bed before 9 o'clock, is that fair enough to say?

After the above conversation, another clip showed an irritated Gemma demanding Luca to show his shorts to the camera.

Fans couldn’t take it any longer, they dashed to the comment section of the TikTok compilation video to lash Gemma whom they believed was behaving inappropriately. One fan wrote:

She got 0 respect of her man.

Another said:

Thought I was the only one seeing this. Everybody is only on Luca but she is very controlling and too authoritative.

A third wrote:

He's constantly looking for her approval.

While someone else added:

She's so bossy and he's so nice to her and has to agree with everything she says.

According to Mail Online, Luca told Grazia magazine that he was head over heels in love with his girl:

When you feel so strongly for someone and then you're still getting put in situations because they [producers] are making us do challenges, throwing new people in there to play with your emotions and your feelings - I'd genuinely just had enough of it.

He went on to say that during his time on the show, his emotionswere heightened as he began to fall in love with brunette beauty Gemma.

The two have formed a strong bond since leaving the villa, but only time will tell where their relationship will go.

If the relationship is going well, why was Gemma apparently ditched and did not accompany Luca on the red carpet at the TV Choice Awards 2022 at the Hilton Park Lane hotel in London?

According to the Mail Online, the former Love Island star looked stunning in a black three-piece dinner suit with a white shirt as he posed at the event without his girlfriend.

Despite their social mediapresence, the two were not seen together at the awards ceremony on Monday. They have yet to respond to Gemma's absence.
