'I finally feel pretty'
Over the last weeks, the Love Island alum opened up about her life-long insecurities with the way she looked largely due to a nose she felt didn't match with the rest of her body. Speaking candidly about the results of her cosmetic procedure, Haynes described 'finally feeling pretty'. She said:
More under this adMore under this adI finally feel pretty. I'm over the moon with the results! When I first saw the results, I cried, I was so happy. My mam was with me and she cried too. She said to the surgeon, 'Thank you for making my little girl so happy.' It's exceeded all my expectations.

Not fully healed
Although her nose has yet to fully heal as rhinoplasties can take up to 12 months for the swelling to fully go down, Lillie says she is still very content with the results so far. Rightfully so, if she looks and feels this good this early on, the blonde bombshell will only flourish even more in the months to come. In an interview with The Sun, she said:
More under this adMore under this adThe surgeon took pictures on the surgery table before it got swollen so I could see it. A nose takes a year to fully heal so in a year's time I will see my final nose, but I was so relived when I saw the pictures he had taken.
And added:
It was very overwhelming. Seeing it in the flesh without the bandages off was so special and I was in tears. It was still really swollen but I was still really happy even though it was so swollen. My biggest fear was that I wouldn't look like me anymore, but I still looked like me, just with a better nose.More under this adMore under this ad
