Katie Price’s ex Carl Woods buys £175k new home while she sells clothes online amid bankruptcy

The 32-year-old car dealer is believed to have moved into a plush new home in Essex with a gated driveway and everything fancy. This comes after Carl put the £475,000 three-bedroom home which he shared with Katieon the market in October.

Reportedly, Carl’s new home is built on a plot of land that he splurged £175,000 for. The former glamour model’s ex- fiancé’s house has a large gated driveway with enough space to park up to seven vehicles.

Following the split with Katie last month, this is a big move for Carl. The Sun reported that his new three-bedroom chalet-style home is different from his earlier abode with Katie – the leafy £475,000 home in Essex. The three-bedroom semi-detached property in Essex was put on sale by Carl back when his upcoming nuptial with Katie was still a possibility.

Katie’s struggle

As Carl moves into a lavish new home after the split, Katie has been struggling to make money ahead of her bankruptcy court hearing on 9 February 2023. The 44-year-old has sold almost 2,500 items on Depop in total. And if everything goes according to plan, Katie will be able to raise £35,000 in total.

The Sun revealed that it has become a lucrative side hustle for a bankrupt Katie, whose items have been selling like hotcakes. She also has a beautiful item on sale – a pair of white leather Louboutin heels. The ‘slightly scuffed’ heels are advertised to be in good condition and are priced at £200. The item was listed 5 months ago and is yet to be snapped. Apart from the ‘scuffed’ heels, there are also many unused and new items up for grabs.
