Is it prison time?
Katie Price faces charges of harassment and violating a restraining order against her ex-husband Kieran Hayler and his fiancée Michelle Penticost in court. Katie is said to have violated the order after she branded Michelle in not so polite words like - c***ing w***e piece of s***' and a 'gutter s**g. Anyone who breaks the terms of a restraining order is set for a maximum of five years of prison time.
She is said to have violated the terms of the restraining order a second time when she sent an anonymous letter attacking Michelle to a relative, just before flying out to Thailand. A source confirmed:

All troubles
She appeared in court yesterday accompanied by her fiancé Carl Woods, who sat in the public gallery. According to the court, the claimed message to Kieran may have been provoked by an Instagram post by Michelle, which she denies was directed at Katie. Katie pleaded not guilty as her lawyer defended her on grounds of her mental health. District Judge Amanda Kelly warned Price that the offence carries a possible sentence of five years in prison and said:
