According to The Sun, the 45-year-old is planning to sell her Mucky Mansion and buy another dream house in Yorkshire. Sources claim that Katie is eyeing up a £2.5million mansion in Wakefield, West Yorks. Meanwhile, another article by the publication states that the house is worth £750k.
