It's hard to forget when Britney Spears shaved her head and attacked the paparazzi with the now-infamous green umbrella. The pop star was only 25 years old at the time.

From then on, Britney's iconic queen status began to fizzle. She checked into rehab on February 20, 2007, but left just 24 hours later. Eventually, she ended up finishing the program.

In May 2007, the pop legend wrote a vulnerable note to her fans on her website. One paragraph read:
