Nina Dobrev has recently been in the hospital and a friend of hers posted a picture on Instagram that gave her fans cause for concern. It seems the actress wasn’t doing too well.

Fans of the actress Nina Dobrev have been very worried about her recently. She was tagged in a photo on Instagram that was posted by one of her friends, Julianne Hough. In this photo, the Vampire Diaries star could be seen tucked tightly into a hospital bed.

She was on oxygen supply

The Vampire Diaries star was also hooked up to an oxygen tank and wearing a mask to help her breathe. A sunglasses emoji had been placed over the actress’ eyes which made the photo even scarier and Nina’s body was covered with healing gems.

But what happened? That’s what fans have been asking themselves. It seems Nina Dobrev suffered from an anaphylactic shock, but she is now feeling better and has even started uploading posts to Instagram again.

‘It’s pretty routine/has happened to me quite a few times because I have a lot of allergies. Depending on the severity, I sometimes go into anaphylactic shock as a result.’

Warm words to her friend

So, it seems her allergies were the reason the actress was in the hospital last weekend and her fans are relieved to hear that the actress is now back at home.

Her friend Julianne took good care of Nina while she was sick, both in the hospital and when she was discharged afterwards. As a result, the 30-year-old thanked her with quite a sweet message as well as the attending physicians that looked after her.
