Chloe Burrows comes under fire after 'disrespecting' BF Toby's Nigerian heritage

But unfortunately, viewers did not respond to the video as the couple had hoped as many were quick to criticise Burrows 'dramatic' and 'disrespectful' demeanour. In the video, Chloe can be seen dismissing some Nigerian classics such as plantain, gizzard, Moi Moi and fufu in a way where many viewers felt her reactions were uncalled for and over-the-top. One viewer commented:
It is extremely disrespectful to film a White person trying food from another culture while gagging and making snide remarks. She literally doesn't have to try it. It's not compulsory. Another one agreed, by saying:

Break-up rumours
The backlash comes after the couple were said to be in a rocky stage in their relationship after rumours circulated that the two were on the verge of splitting. However, the couple have confirmed that though they were having trouble making their conflicting schedules work, they are still going strong and more in love than ever.
