Pitt inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow
Pitt famously dated Gwyneth Paltrow in the '90s and they were briefly engaged before finally calling off the engagement in 1997, as reported by Harper’s Bazaar. It seems his time with Paltrow certainly made an impact. Pitt said, in an exclusive interview with Vogue:

She has always had that in her as a curator, and it’s been a lovely creative outlet for her. In fact, come to think about it, she was probably the first one who got me to even wash my face twice a day… maybe.More under this adMore under this ad
About the skincare range
The skincare range has been 15 years in the making and certainly has the science to back it up, as reported by Vogue. Some of their products feature GSM10, an exclusive molecule that brings together potent properties from the seeds of Grenache grapes with the seeds and skin of Syrah and Mourvedre grapes. It’s apparently a powerful remedy to oxidative stress, which can break down collagen and lead to physical signs of ageing.
ProGr3 is another patented active ingredient, which originates from grapevine tendril resveratrol, and helps to maintain healthy skin cells for longer. Château Miraval is a biodynamic farm, using no pesticides. The grapes are combined with the olive oil that’s produced on the property to create the 96% natural, vegan, and sustainable range. The bottles are refillable and their wooden caps are recycled from old wine casks.
