Who is Yinrun?
Today we met housemate Yinrun, a 25-year-old Harrogate Customer Support Agent from China.
Yinrun, when speaking on the reason she applied to Big Brother, said:
Because I think this is such a fun game show. I think it's another adventure for me. I'm a pretty adventurous person.More under this adMore under this ad
When asked about what she looks to be experiencing most she said:
Many people from different walks of life. I don't think I will ever live in a house again with so many different kinds of people. I’m from China and I think it will help me be more immersed in British culture.
Yinrun has quickly become a fan-favourite due to her quirky humour and her eagerness to explore British culture, notably when her first moment of trying a crisp sandwich was captured on camera.

Another instance that had the fans talking is when Yinrun opened up about her relationship. When asked if she was in love, she said yes and explained her boyfriend was British, that they have been together for over a year and then expressed that she felt like crying, stating:
More under this adMore under this adI was thinking, I don’t say ‘love’ in china. I never express that to my parents, even. Not mentioning to my friends and saying ‘I love you’, I don’t say that. But since i’m here, I met my boyfriend and my boyfriend expressed that to me which makes me feel more open. I feel like i can express that too.
She continued:
