BGT’s Bruno Tonioli appeared ‘heartbroken’ as he was spotted for the first time since the tragic death of his ‘best friend’ Len Goodman. Here’s how Bruno is feeling.

Britain’s Got Talent’snewest judge Bruno Tonioli was more than excited to start his journey with the ITV show. However, his happiness seems to be hampered by the tragic death of his best friend of 19 years - Strictly Come Dancing co-star Len Goodman. Len Goodman passed away on Saturday at a hospice in Tunbridge Wells in Kent following a short battle with bone cancer.

Bruno and the 78-year-old Len did shows like Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing With Stars together. Len announced his retirement from Dancing With Stars last November after 17 years on the show, so that he could ‘spend more time with his grandchildren.’ Bruno wished Len a ‘happy retirement’ at that time.

The 67-year-old was spotted running errands on Monday as he tried to keep a low profile after his best friend's death. Bruno wore a black baseball cap in an attempt to go unnoticed along with a grey tracksuit and padded jacket, reported MailOnline. The star cut a sombre figure as he picked up essentials from a nearby supermarket before returning to his car.

Bruno’s tribute to Len Goodman

This comes after Bruno shared an Instagram post and paid tribute to his ‘dear friend’ Len Goodman. Sharing a picture of the two hugging and smiling, Bruno wrote:

Hart broken my dear friend and partner for 19 years the one and only ballroom legend passed away I will treasure the memory of our incredible adventures and hundreds of shows we did together. they will never be anyone like you we will miss you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Bruno.
